Salima Street

This CAD as-built project documents an alteration involving exterior and interior restoration following fire damage. The scope includes roof and siding replacement in kind, reconstruction of third-floor walls and sheathing near gable vents, and first-floor wall and floor sheathing replacement. On the second floor, roof truss bottom cords are reinforced and interior walls replaced. All exterior walls receive R-19 insulation, and the attic is upgraded with blown-in or equivalent insulation to improve energy efficiency and structural integrity.
