This study investigates the potential of mixed-use development to create a vibrant housing typology within a university setting. The proposed design integrates student residences with publicly accessible amenities, including a restaurant, library, and gymnasium, across three buildings (A, B, and C). Building A is designated for the restaurant, Building B for residential units, and Building C combines a ground-floor library with a fifth-floor gymnasium. A central walkway connects the buildings, offering access from multiple directions. Rooftop terraces at differing heights provide residents and visitors with recreational space and scenic views.
